Teresa is a leader and loves to connect with people in a positive way. She believes that change happens in the context of healthy relationships and is passionate about helping people heal and improve their relationship with others. She wants to help everyone transition through difficult life changes by finding hope, meaning and purpose in their life. 

Teresa earned her Bachelor Degree from the University of Phoenix and her Master Degree from Arizona State University. She is trained in EMDR, Sand Tray, DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, LGBTQ issues, Adoption and Attachment. Teresa was the Director of Family Ministry’s for 18 years where she led camps and groups for teens to help build healthy relationships and connect with family. 

Teresa takes a systemic and attachment based approach to therapy and has the most experience working with adolescent and adult women struggling with depression, anxiety, relational issues, self-esteem, eating disorders, shame ,and trauma. She works hard to create a safe space by building the therapeutic relationship. Teresa’s experience gives her an enhanced understanding of the connection between mind and body that is often integrated into her therapeutic approach. 

In her free time Teresa loves to be outdoors, snowshoeing, hiking, and playing golf with her kids. She also enjoys attending concerts, plays, and traveling with her husband
