Meredith started working at New Haven in 2019 because she was interested in becoming a therapist and has stayed because she loves being a part of the family healing process and helping students build authentic healthy connections. Meredith was born and raised in Utah and has six older sisters, and one younger brother. She enjoys spending time with her siblings, her nieces and nephews, the more the merrier! Meredith understands the importance of creating a safe and comfortable environment and loves planning fun activities and encouraging her students to be their authentic selves. Meredith has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University and is currently working on her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Bellevue University. Meredith is always up for an adventure when it comes to traveling with her husband. In her free time she enjoys hiking, cooking, and of course DIY crafts! Meredith’s top values are communication, boundaries, organization, adventure, love, family, and creativity.
