Lindsey has a long-standing history working with adolescents in various capacities. She is empathetic, warm, adventurous, flexible, compassionate, and playful. Lindsey began her therapeutic journey in 2017 as a recreational therapist. She has worked specifically with adolescents and is a certified wilderness first responder and ropes course facilitator. In addition, she specializes in family systems, ASD, LGBQT+, ADHD, mood/ personality disorders and more! She has experience implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and experiential activities to address all aspects of wellness including: physical, spiritual, social, cognitive, and emotional.

Lindsey believes we know what we need and want to do in any situation. Her role is to help you discover that, not tell you what to do. She believes in seeing the potential in others, not their faults. Lindsey is an empathetic person who can hold others difficult emotions, without judgement. She is positive minded, compassionate, futuristic, forgiving, and silly when appropriate.

Lindsey earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and believes in uplifting and empowering others to live their healthiest life. When Lindsey is not working she enjoys being outdoors, canyoneering, kayaking, hiking, swimming and is always up for trying new things!
