Kimberly Beck joins our New Haven Academic Team after 10 years in the public education sector, where she has spent the last six years as the Director of Special Education. She earned a degree in Public Relations from the University of Utah, and her Special Education endorsement from Southern Utah University.
Kimberly’s philosophy is that every student is unique, with a very unique set of strengths and challenges. Sometimes these challenges can become barriers to success. Her goal is to not simply help students navigate their school career or prepare for post-secondary outcomes, but to help them develop the skills and attitudes necessary to overcome their challenges, and to leave New Haven competent and confident, prepared to claim their full potential in life.
In her spare time she loves to read and travel any chance she gets. Kimberly is the mother of three wonderful young adults, Chandler, Cydnie and Hunter.
