New Haven School, South

Campus at Spanish Fork, Utah

Kitrina Hay Academic Building

What began as a one-room schoolhouse in 1996 – literally – now contains several classrooms, an art room, a library, and a computer lab. Classes are run like a traditional school, yet are small enough to allow teachers to focus on the individual needs of each student.

New Haven School is committed to creating an encouraging and challenging learning environment that enables students to become well-rounded, healthy, and productive lifelong learners.

The Kitrena Hay Academic building was named after New Haven's first academic director. She made sure that New Haven students were able to continue to pursue their academic interests while addressing therapeutic needs.

quote 1

The school at New Haven met me where I was at. They helped me make up credits from before and helped me get on track. The teachers are good in different ways of providing support for me and the other students.

Meet Our South Campus Academic Team

Each campus is staffed with a full academic team so that we can provide a traditional college preparatory environment for our students. This allows for teacher lead instruction, small class sizes, and academic supports that range from special education through AP Courses.
